What's your next light action?

We're not imagining it: Things are way more uncertain than ever. Yikes, this graph is sobering. That's the bad news.

The good news: Uncertainty is an invitation. If we can approach it with lightness and curiosity, we can create new possibilities in the blank space it offers.

Next week, I'm hosting a live, free event for adaptive leaders who want to move from uncertainty to action.

The gist: Identify Light Actions (small, safe, easy) to get moving without resistance or hesitancy. We'll explore ways to create your own light actions.

I'd love to see you there. Feel free to forward this to any leader immersed in uncertainty (judging by that graph, that's all of us!).

It will be recorded and shared with all who RSVP, so sign up even if the time doesn't work.

Amy

P.S. If you can't wait, check out my latest HBR article (with Alyson Meister) for a few approaches to apply immediately.

I’m so glad you’re here! Thank you for joining me in this corner of the world where we’re committed to light actions bringing us clarity. Together, we’ll lighten things right up until we’re exactly where we hoped to be. Subscribe here:
