I tell leaders all the time: it's hard to see when initiatives get heavy. We're too deep in them.
I'm no exception.
Here's the weight I couldn't see... until I couldn't unsee it.
To build this business, I've been consistently writing weekly newsletters and offering free workshops. My intention was to help leaders navigate ambiguity more confidently and give people a window into my work.
And I do love doing all of that.
Yet that's when the invisible weight started building: I was spending massive energy giving away value to build awareness.
But here's the rub: the weight wasn't just on me. The only way Light Actions will really work is if there's corporate leadership that supports them. I've been giving away the tools without the environment in which to apply them.
Now that weight is blindingly obvious.
That's the trick with weight; it's invisible until it's not...
So I asked myself the question I ask every client: "How do I make this lighter, both for me and for the leaders I'm serving?"
The answer: Partner with organizations that are ready to do this work sustainably. Sustained support that creates momentum.
My light action this week is simple:
Reaching out directly to leaders who need momentum without perfect clarity. Think: kickstart workshop + ongoing action sessions where your team designs their next moves. Projects unstuck in weeks, not quarters.
I'm calling it the Light Actions Hub: A trainer that helps teams act fast when clarity is scarce.
I'm looking for 3 founding partners to launch this with. If you're intrigued, hit reply.
