Last call: Moving from uncertainty to action

Today I'm hosting a free event for adaptive leaders who want to move from uncertainty to action.

The gist: Identify Light Actions (small, safe, easy) to get moving without hesitancy or complexity. We'll explore ways to create your own light actions.

One of my previewers had this to say: "I got a lot out of this."

I'd love to see you there. Feel free to forward this to any leader immersed in uncertainty (but hurry, we're live in just over 2 hours!).

It will be recorded and shared with all who RSVP.

Why it matters: As leaders we're facing high ambiguity, and it's tempting not to move, but action creates clarity. I use light actions to move forward when I can't see where to go, and I've employed this approach with clients worldwide. This has worked exceptionally well over the past 15 years, and my mission now is to disseminate this expertise to anyone who wants it.

Go deeper: I'll be sharing more about a way to build expertise and access a community of practice, launching in November.

ICYMI: Read my recent article in Harvard Business Review to get a preview. (Co-written with Alyson Meister, Dean of Degree Programs at IMD Business School).
